More than just a weekend away.
Our goal is to make your retreat is a success. To that end, we will work with you to ensure this result. Phantom Ranch is designed to make your retreat a success. We enjoy the partnership we have with churches to enable them to be successful in their ministry.
Your group needs a dedicated camp staff willing to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of your group.

Hundreds of groups each year choose us to be their Christian Retreat Center.
Groups come for Church Retreats from Illinois, Milwaukee, Northern Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin.
We have groups do Lutheran Retreats, Hispanic Retreats, Methodist Retreats, Bible Church Retreats, and Christian Organization Retreats.

Booking a Retreat
- Determine the best date for your retreat and the number of people you are likely to bring.
- Call the Retreat Manager to schedule your retreat. Generally a $250 deposit is needed to secure your dates.
- We will begin working with you to plan a great retreat itinerary and activity details.
- Enjoy a great retreat.
Add-ons for your retreat
- Team building facilitated by our staff on our challenge course. $8 per person per hour or $15 per person for two hours
- A variety of snacks can be purchased and can be served at any time throughout the day.
- Guest rooms are available for speakers, pastors, etc. These rooms have a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a private bathroom. $40.00 per room per stay.
- You can pre-arrange paid activities, at a discount, for your entire group.
Meals
Meals are served at set times of 8:15 am, 12:15 pm, 5:30 pm.
Well balanced meals which are usually served family style (exceptions are some buffet lines for certain menus).
We are also able to accommodate special diets for allergies and other medical conditions. A variety of menu choices are provided at every meal to accommodate non-meat diets.
Housing
13 cabins and 3 guest rooms.
Each group is assigned housing which will be used only by that group.
Each group will be assigned enough cabins to accomodate your groups with at least 80% occupancy for each cabin.
Cabins
Cabins have between 12 and 20 beds
Each cabin has an internal bathroom with at least one shower, lavatory, two sinks.
Most cabins have constant supply water heaters so all occupants can be assured of having hot showers.
Bedding and linens are not provided.
Guest Rooms
Guest Rooms are available on a reservation basis.
Use of a guest room has an additional fee of $40.00 per stay
Guest rooms have a queen bed with bedding, and a bunk bed (no bedding), and a private bathroom.
